Hi all,
Apologies if posting in wrong section but had a look around & couldn't find the info I require.
I have a Dellorto VHSA32 with a 3BN rubber link pipe/YEIS bottle & proper manifold.
It's going on my TDR 125 project (4FU top end)
What I need is the stock setting/jet sizes to give me a starting point.
Can anyone help?
I beleive these carbs were fitted to 4DL versions/Belgrada bikes.
Any help gratefully received.
cheers,
GAZ

Hi & thanks for reply.
But what about rest of jets?
I'd like to know stock settings to give me a starting point.
I much prefer the dellorto over the standard mikuni 28mm flat slide.
More power is also a bonus.
.cheers,

that site i gave there is dellorto main dealers have ever part listed for our carbs all u should need will be on the vhsa 32 page

Hi,
I have dealt with dellorto uk many times over the years for bits & pieces.
It's actually the details of what was fitted to these carbs when new when they were standard on certain models like the belgarda models etc.
That's the info I need. Along with a list of models the carb was fitted to.
Hope that makes it a bit clearer as to what I'm looking for.
cheers,

Hi GAZ, hi folks,
have a look at the german TZR-Forum in the link below. For a couple of time, i have listed there the different jettings for the TZR 125 DL-Models with it´s VHSA 32 GS.
The jetting advice for the DL1 R + DL3 RR was coined from the official Belgarda SerciveManual. But i think that the carbing for the SP-model is not correct ...maybe someone of yours know the right SP-Jettings ?

Maybe it will help you, if not....feel free to ask
Cheers

Hi,
Thanks Chris!
I had forgotten all about that forum!
I referred to it a couple of times years ago & theres still a wealth of relevant information, especially for data geeks like me who want as much stats as possible for "whenever" (you never know when you'll need them)
& there's not that many people around with experience of using the vhsa32 with the dtr/tzr/tdr 125 engine who remember how much of a pain it is to set up (or thought to take notes :-[ )
It's even worth the hassle of using Google translate when your grasp of German is virtually non existent O:-)
Thanks again (-P)

Hi,
Yes right, boisseau means the "Slider".
The jetting for the DL RR-Version is a little bid different (because greater airbox with 2 "snorkels" and diff. exhaust)
Main Jet: 165
Diffuser: FL262
Needle : U23
Idle Jet: 38
Slider: 55
Choke: 60
And so on...
