As Gary has mentioned in his thread, i can do a complete kit to seal the carb rubbers and the exhaust port for all varieties of TZR and any other bike you could imagine providing i have the measurements. I've done the ypvs and rgv (sean at the tuning works is trying a kit out for me)

The kits cost £30 including post to the UK.

This is the kit for a ypvs but all other tzr's will be similar.

I've already got a Motion Pro kit but wouldn't mind those exhaust bungs can I get a few of those various dimensions?

Those look nice Dan.  I've already gotten the carb rubber bungs with valves from you, I'm just needing the other bits to complete a kit for the TZR.  Can they be bought separately?  I could also use a kit for the RG400...as I hear they are notorious for leaks.

Lozza,

Certainly, just let me know what you need and we'll sort something out.

Jim,

No problem, I can do the exhaust bungs for you, £13 including post to the US ok?

Jim,

Would be very keen to do a kit for the rg. I'll try and find somone in the uk to borrow a cylinder and carb rubber from.

Sounds like a deal Dan.  I can wait till you get the RG kit sorted and then everything can ship together.

No carb rubbers on the RG's tho, they bolt to a rotary valve cover, and seal with an o-ring, so all you'd need to make is a plate.  I can send an old carb body over, if you think that would do it.  It may be best if you had the rotary valve cover tho.

Jim,

Well there you go i didn't know that! If you can measure the hole centres for me, hole diameter and maybe the height and width of the face that the carb mounts to i can do them no problem.

I'll get on the rg forum and ask for a barrel to borrow :-)

Well, that's not my motor, but a pic I snagged from Google.  So I'd have to pull a carb to measure my plate.  I have some maintenance to do on the bike this weekend, so I'll see if I can get after that for you.

I did just get some spare barrels and heads in the mail this week from Japan!  Thinking of doing a big bore kit with them.  8)
