3XV R/RS main centre crank seal - possible order/buy in

So I'm starting an official post I contacted the seal company about. Getting the seals reproduced they all ready did for another company. The other company will not sale them separate from a crank rebuild services within jspan.

So the problem is the seal company wants a minimum order quantity was 100 units at $5 per seal. That's  $500 for the order still haven't gotten an offical quote.

Thinking might have to do a 5 seal minimum depending on if there's even enough interested to make worth the effort.
Will see if possible to try and get the order limit lowered from the manufacturer.

So far not enough interest for a 100 seal order I asked if possible to only get 25 done. But the price could go up as a result don't wanna be stuck with a bunch of left over seals.

I got the manufacturer to agree to do 50 seals instead of 100 that's better they did not mention anything about price increase per seal either.

What company are you lining up to make them?  (wondering about quality)

T2 racing in Japan is selling a crank overhaul service for R cranks now that the center seal has gone nla with yamaha. They posted pics of the replacement seal which had dimensions and manufacturer markings on it. They stated that they wont sell the seal seperately hence SeaR1ck just contacting the manufacturer directly.

Quality should be good as T2 does replacement seals for the nsr as well?

I'm in Seattle area (Renton) the seal manufacture also does stuff for car engines. So it should be good quality I have bought one of 2T reproduced water pump shafts with gears over the summer and it was good quality no reason why they would make a crap seal for a crank rebuild. The seal manufacture said it is made from vitron material.
