Pilot jet

Hello has anyone got any advice on removing pilot jets from 1kt carburetters mine are both proving very difficult tried heat and even left hand thread drill bit with no joy thanks Chris

Try using penetrating oil like plusgas (NOT WD40 OR SIMILAR) and leave for 24 hours to soak in.
Get a good fitting screwdriver into the slot and remove.
If the slot "tabs" have broken off the only option is to find the outside diameter of the threaded part of the jet minus the thread depth and drill out to that size then pick out the remains.
