Rear brake caliper and master interchangeability

Rear brake is totally seized on this 1KT.  Wondering if there were any other bikes of the era that used a similar rear brake setup vs. rebuilding.

What does a parts number comparison reveal? The rear caliper on my tzm and spr look to be the same one's.

A lot of FZR400/600 use this type of rear caliper.
Yes cross-referencing is the way to go.
