afaik the 3mb and 2ma share the same Reed cage. So:

No v force reeds will bolt straight in, but the 'Blaster' ones are very close needing the mounting holes widening.
I'm not sure they would work in a real 2MA, as the manifolds are very different shapes to the entrance to the reeds.

Think anything can be "made" to fit if you have the time /money, the Kawasaki guys
sometime use this to change from piston port to reed valve
