shock advice

recommendations on a budget shock ? for a 4dl1

i Bought a cbr 600f fully adjustable shock to use but its to heavy, its amost as heavy as the engine is  ;D
so i am looking for a alternative. 
It is for road use
rummaging in the rubbish I feel at home

The shock from a Aprilia RS250 should fit, but i dont know the weight of it.

I just has my Hagon shock rebuilt by Hagon for £100. Ideal for road use.
