Just finished installing some new mufflers. These were the only ones I could get (would liked to have gotten some of china steves..). The brand is 'kundo'. They are actually for aprilia rs250's so they're quite a bit bigger, not straight bolt-ons and look a bit out of place but the rideability difference they made was worth it for me.
Now the damn bike doesnt assault my ear drums anymore and my bum dynometer says some hp was liberated because the low/midrange feels way stronger. It's also alot smoother now. My stock mufflers were real loud and hollow and must have been clogged pretty bad. (Mine has 22000km on so if anybody's still on stock mufflers replace them now!)
Also put some fresh grips on - the small things make all the difference. (someone recommended using hairspray to put the grips on - I wasnt convinced but it worked a treat)
