Do you mean the main pivot bearings ??
If so, the YAM part no. is :-  93315 - 42523.

(I printed out most of the 3XV1,4,6,8,9,A & C parts catalogue at work over the weekend, so had it to hand).  :;):  :D

Quite a common Yam' swinger bearing - used on R6, R1, XJR1300 etc., but needle rollers like that are sometime tricky to find from general bearing places. No idea of the dims or 'generic' code I'm afraid though and have never checked general availability.

Er, not much use then really..

If you know your sizes or part numbers, try here:

Bearings Galore

Steve seems to be able to source most bearings and seals, with good prices and delivery.

They're quick with delivery too. You're a bit snookered 'til you know the dimensions or the code though...

Not sure if they are used on all R1/6s, but you could cross ref the yam part number with R1/6 models and ask for the dim's or the bearing code on one of the club racer forums perhaps? Someone'll know I'd think?

Excellent info John! You didn't happen to service the linkage bearings at the same time and note the generic bearing codes for them too did you?

Sorry didnt need to replace those.
However the chaps in Brammer are very helpful and can usually match any bearings or seals, they even matched up the rear wheel hub bearings & seals for my MV, & at less than half the price that 3 cross motorcycles wanted.

I've just purchased 3 replacement gearbox bearings from my local Brammer Ltd. in Glenrothes. They had to order all three, but I collected them 2 days later.   :D   Two that were supplied were SKF bearings, the 3rd was an O.E. KOYO !!??,                                  ( which cost more than the two SKF bearings put together !! ).  ???
I'll be going there again, if I ever need any other bearings. Recommended, if you have a Brammer place close by.  :)

If you're in the U.K., look in your local area B.T. phone book or Yellow Pages under bearing stockists.
You'll hopefully find a bearing stockist of some discription near you.
As stated earlier in the thread, take a note of the size / type code, stamped on the side of the old bearing race, with you,                          ( if it's still legable that is !! )  ???   :D
