I'm a bit confused... My parts book say's:

3XV-14613-00 (barrel to flange)

and

3MA-14613-10 (flange to exhaust)

I'm sure the latter one is a standard Yam one like you get on TDR / LC's etc.

Anyone care to clarify?

Thanks,

Yes it is. Exactly the same in fact. The other one is a wound tin 'asbestos'-faced type (they go one either side of the 'D' to 'O' flange adapter piece as you note), so if you measure up the gap it needs to fill you will probably be able to find pattern ones for the wound tin ones if you'd prefer. Pattern copper TDR/350 etc ones will be fine for the other side if your using stock pipes. If you're fitting Martins, I'd just make a simple hoop one out of 1mm gasket paper and use a bit of good exhaust sealant perhaps (that's what I use). Though in part that depends on what flanges you are using I guess? I'm not sure if Martin's flanges are designed to use the stock gasket as he never gave me any, the tightwad!

I love the smell of progress in the morning... finally... :D
