Just went in the garage to find a book for someone. Rolled a really immaculate, original Ducati 748 outside to get a bit of room. Looking for the book and... crash! Fell over on my cobbled yard. I recon there's well over a grand's worth of damage. Top, middle and bottom fairing, mirror, brake lever, battery, bar end, clutch drum, clutch cover, indicator, footrest.

Ebay here we come.

Bollocks.

Yes, my condolences, John. It's the sickening sound that really gets you, isn't it?

Still, look on the bright side: at least it wasn't one of the TZR's :;):

I'll get me coat...:D

It's astonishing - if it was an insurance job, the bike could just about be a write off.

I know how it is coz i myself has one car garage(townhouse) with 6 bikes in it. Sometimes i do scratch the paint of the other bike while moving it around so i learn my lesson  put the nicest bike all the way to the end(corner) to be safe

rvt2002 , It was nice meeting up with you in the parking lot at Gurnee Mills in August, I realy would have liked to go to your place to see your bikes, but my American Host/Driver would not play ball
I apologise.

If that clear out includes a 3XV, please let me know.
I have been resurrecting a 2MA for a while now. That's only the third bike in the garage, so plenty of space for an object of desire :D
