P0Rn!!

Well, at least I think so! :D
Decided to get some rearsets made by a local guy since the ones that came on the bike were stuffed.
VERY happy with the result!
(now I just need a set of pipes, new bodywork, tasty SP barrels, carbs...)

Hammerhead. What have you done?
I admit I looked up your profile to see where someone with a set of those might come from.... I'm ashamed it's South Africa, but then again it is Johannesburg and you lot never had anything nice to say about us Durban guys when I was in the army. SO, I don't feel too bad and here goes.... While I appreciate a lot of work and engineering went into those things AND they fit (which is amazing) they are not fitting to the love and restoration the bikes deserve.

They were R2300.
Aircraft grade ali and really well made.
Guy says he makes rearsets for many regional / national racers.
(He can probably change those Batwing side plates - just took it like I got it) ;)

I've just noticed, you can unbolt the wings. Which is a good thing :D

Guess my taste in pretty ladies doesn't match yours! :D

Have to agree with Ndwedwe - they are indeed intricate and no doubt well made, but they are so far from what the 3XV is about! All in all, I would need to say thumbs down :(
