Weird problem(Electrical)

This happened just recently where when i turn off the headlight switch my tach jump and runs like crap but when i turn it on it runs fine.I think its electrical. Do you guys have any idea or experience like this? Sorry for the crappy vid only taken from my phone. :D

Any idea? thinking its cdi or stator going bad?

By the way where can i find the ground wire for this bike?

I had a short in the bunch of wires where they bend by the steering head. It gave intermittent troubles. Gone now.
Check your orange wire under speedo is good. There is a connection there and it runs the tacho.

Thanks I'm going to check that out. Did your bike cut off? Because my bike does it when the headlight is off. Its like it has rev limiter. Also weird is why its happening while the light is off.

Sorry. My bike does not have a light switch. It's on when key is.
My bike was intermittent.
I do not understand wiring much but sometimes these things share common earths. Check side stand switch. Use contact cleaner spray and clean all connections. As it is clearly electrical you just have to get in there. Also look at wiring diagram.
