Title: My 2ma hybrid
Post by: xracer on October 10, 2013, 06:06:23 PM
Hi All
Haven't been on for a while too busy surfing the net and general going mad. As you can see, I'm beginning to gather quite a nice collection ,totally impossible without the help of many of you guys on the Forum. The actual build should be interesting to say the least , Updates will be posted . The Picture of the 2ma is the starting point and the works Yzr250 is what I'm hoping to achieve (a least from a distance !!!!!! )

Looking forward to the build!
Looks like a nice collection of parts... can we get some details?

Hi Guys
Long story, Most bits are from ebay, usual silly little things like seat brackets and catches. Bigger items such as Bodywork, lights ( front and rear ) and complete front and rear ends ,came from Forum members, some as far away as Greece,. Rear shock is of a CBR600rr from America ,Tank came from Germany ( still to be sprayed ) Still need loads more , Unfortunately the front discs are an odd size 282mm , so  finding it hard to find at the right money , always looking to see what else I might need / use . Building the bike will no doubt raise loads of issues, after all nothing was designed to fit my 2Ma. I'm sure many will say I should just have bought a 3XV but funds are limited and anyhow I have only ever owned / known parallel twins whether it was my RD400 or my days on Tz's
