Title: Calling for skinnyhomer2011 on ebay
Post by: KeLeYTiS on January 08, 2015, 02:50:38 AM
Hi guys

I had a listing for a pair of chambers for a 2ma here http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Yamaha-TDR250-TZR250-2MA-1KT-set-aftermarket-exhausts-/251631355648

So the description i think is accurate , this member (from AUS ) made a case and took his money back

Not only that he kept the chambers (that he didnt like because they had 2 holes ) and left me a negative feedback

If you are here , shame on you man , not only you stole my money , you kept the chambers and you left me a negative feedback
Ebay that examined the case not only didnt see the auction but mispelled my name in the replying email and never answered me in the emails i sent them

Way to go ebay and fellow AUS 2 stroker

ebay now locked my account on a low selling status because of my misbehaviour ,still nobody answered my email

They just send me an email threatening me to give the money with my will or else ..... i refunded them and then nothing

Ebay really sucks
I just had a £1300 deal go sour and no replies
They don't give a toss
It's all just money to them
Not people
And they were going to hook big bucks out the deal
Don't sell anything over £100
They don't deserve their portion of anything higher.

Post his address. lol .One picture shows it had a hole. So to say it had a hole is buyer mistake and failure to check it . :)

I offered him a partial refund

He didnt want it

I offered him to refund his money but could not pay the postage money back and forth . he opened a cse and eventually got it all

To day i was waiting 1 hour to the ebay helpdesk and after transferring me to different employees finally they said tht they would send my case to an offline department

 Hi KeLeYTiS
Sorry to hear you got screwed , unfortunately it seems to be mind set of the younger generation nowadays who's relentless pursuit of personal gain is consider more important than actually paying for the product  , gone are the days when you would help your fellow biker. In all the many years of racing motorcycles on both road and track did anyone ever remove a part or tool from my open van without returning it after use . Hope this guy is banned , trust between bikers is something others envy

What about your goods or money? He stepped forward because he was outed. Don't worry the 2T world around here is small and pretty tight so word will get around, put it on the downunder forum too and bury him.

First time I've ever wanted a gay "like" button on a forum was xracers comments above. Well f&@£?ng said.

The lesson here is (and I had to learn it to and pay all the postage costs) if what you're selling is even slightly damaged or worn these are the things you have to describe as a seller AND if you're going to buy 25-30 year old exhaust pipes when there are people making new ones. Be f@&£?ng reasonable and at least view the pics, ask for more pics and ask the right questions.

I thought once you left a negative feedback it cant be undone. Unless ebay change the rule?

i didnt know it either but it seems that you open a case between you and the buyer and you give the buyer a second chance to re-evaluate his feedback

UPDATE

He changed his feedback to positive , but now ebay restricted my account to a minimum selling limit due to low rating as a seller (because of this negative feedback)

Tried to explain them what happened but instead they had me waiting for over 1 hour in a chatroom and pass me on to different ebay employees with funny  names

This cost me 40 euro for postage and my chambers plus the restriction of my account ....

:( Yes - Ebay can be pretty hopeless at sorting out disputes between buyers and sellers. I once bought something which wasn't as described and the seller had the nerve to complain to Ebay about me! Ebay then sent sent me some threatening messages and wouldn't reply to any of my requests for further explanation.
I hope you can sort your issue out satisfactorily - with or without Ebay's help.

Regards,
James

There are two sides to every story. All you have heard is one side. he described the pipes as in fair condition, but didn't mention that he had sprayed over all the rust. He also didn't mention that he took my money and then waited four weeks to post them or how he ignored my messages and when he did reply how rude he was. He's just pissed because he got burnt instead of the poor sod who purchased the pipes. Also I didn't receive the two silencer that were spose to come with the pipes.

Also he should have contacted me and tried to sort it out instead of ignoring my messages and instead deciding on slandering me online.

if i tried to rip him off i wouldnt refund the money

The silencers were in the package , i have all his messages plus the  messages to ebay he never mentioned that but now he does just to look better

Anyway guys karma is out there , iam selling and a member of rgv250.co.uk ,tdr forum and tzr forum (in all its forms over the years ) since 2005

I admit that iam  a little slow in posting stuff especially if its big package but i have never ripped anyone off

And i also dont understand whats this about taking his money since he has the money  and the exausts ...

You saw the auction and make your own conclusion if i described well a set of 25 year old pipes

PS)I thought of registering on the other forum but seeing that he chose to answer there instead of here that iam also writing tells me a lot , i hope he is happy with his acomplishments
