Apparently NRP In Manchester UK have now listed the long awaited repair kit for the above bikes for £34.80

Hope this helps all the people with standard leaky fuel taps that still weep petrol due to worn out seals.
the difference is that the tzr kit has no centre hole in the seal that shows 5 holes in total and all the other parts could be the wrong size.
Anyone bought one yet?
YamBits has a repair kit listed too :

Yes,i bought one from NRP and fitted it yesterday (Saturday) and tested the vaccuum by sucking on the pipe and watching the petrol flow out and stopped flowing when i stopped sucking.
You have to use the original plastic?? housing that goes between the very thin diaphragm membranes by gently folding up the corners and easing it out, then doing the reverse procedure with the new part.
This was explained to me by Andy at NRP when i phoned him during the week after my kit had arrived.

Would be nice to hear some reviews... I had to buy a new petcock from yamaha.
If this works, then I could have a spare that I could rebuild.
yeah, that works, thanks
my yamaha agent has a 31mm "smiley" face seal, he calls it that measures 31mm, as i removed my reserve (it rotted away) i think i can fit this. will check it out and post findings here.
