I had them made at a local sign shop.
I need to hit up skittle for some more though.
Another action shot of Kenny :o

Flip Flops Kenny?? :o
James, I've PM'ed you already about a key switch decal, and some pure2strokespirit.com decals... WHEN you respond ::) let me know about the SUGO decals as well please, I want some for my bike. I REALLY like the somewhat transparent decal on Kenny's silencers - if you can make me some of those ;)
What kind of HP is it now Kenny? I just finished my barrel swap this week, fitted the SUGO 3XV-70/80 box and sorted the jetting. It dyno'ed today at 56.99HP!
I'm chuffed with that! Power curve is very different now, it seems much more docile in the lower revs, no big hit on the pipe? But before you know it, you're at 90 MPH! :o Next weekend is the Eastern 2 Stroke Meet at Deals Gap, and I'm taking it up there for some fun in the twisties!
Looks great Ken!
Can do. Also got them on heat proof foil vinyl.. Not sure how standard vinyl will hold up on hot cans...
Do those screen stickers so I'll send you PayPal addy.

Jim we squeezed 53 RWHP out of it, with the sugo 70, mbsteve poting, homemade pipes and 28mm carbs. So i added SPR carbs 36's and Sugo pipes. Havent had time yet to dyno it. Excited to see how much more HPwith the carbs and pipes.
Thanks PDX
James the vinyl held up ok, but not great. I woulf love some decals in foil also and the windscreen pure2stroke decals also.
lot's of Jims around here

Wow...very nice Kenny! I'm looking for a reasonably priced pair of SP carbs myself. I'm hoping that will squeak me out a few more ponies!!

I'd go for YZ125 carbs and a TZ throttle if I ever did it again. TZ rubbers would do the job.

TZ rubbers? interesting! What size are the YZ125 carbies Paul? No TPS on them I would suspect right?
go for 38mm, these might work http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mikuni-TM38-27-TMX-38-Dirtbike-Carburetor-250-Flatslide-/160543399969?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&hash=item256121e021&vxp=mtr not sure if the slide is suited for 125's though
thats right, no airjets, no TPS. slapped with a zeel/ignitech and pod filters and you're on your way
maybe you should start your own project thread, this's been hijacked now, sorry kenny

Have the back legs been shortened or just rounded?
I did both shortening and rounded them off. Then I also shorten between the two legs so the legs look like the stock length.
