Title: Fairings - 4JB (4FL,4HW, 4HZ)
Post by: RVFmal on November 23, 2023, 08:01:13 AM
Where to get decent aftermarket fairings and screens for the 4JB (4FL,4HW, 4HZ)

OEM is almost impossible to come by these days sadly

Not cheap but good quality => in Germany.

GFK fairing with gel-coat inside & outside and headlight plugs.
   4LF + 4DL versions too

They are quite pricey (especially on conversion to ZAR - our exchange rate sucks bollocks).

I take it it includes the radiator insert as well (as do not see that as a seperate item).

Oliver: sure they are gel coat nowadays? I got mine made out of ABS plastics... I have sent him the stock V-piece 4 years ago, so he started to sell them too...

Has anybody had any recent experience with motorrad-Bach as it would appear they may have fairing parts which will fit my 94 Belgarda but some of there reviews make me nervy to send large amounts of money
However this may be my only option

I had good expierience with Motorrad Bach, good quality for an acceptable pricing. The inner piece (I call it the V-piece) is not included if you buy a side panel! For a 4HX, the V-piece is available, but for the 4DL NOT! But since some time TYGA is offering a V-piece for the 3MA, that may fit a 4DL (also available in carbon  ;D ).
