Hi all, I'm working on my second TZR250 fairings rebuild. Last time I bought an expensive full kit of decals from EBay. Sadly, they were not very good and a completely different colour red to the tank. So, this time I decided to use fine masking tape and paint the speed blocks etc on. Hopefully I can post a picture. The current problem I have is getting the large blue YAMAHA sticker that goes at the bottom of the cowling either side. Anyone know of a supplier?
Nice job, did you find " Chappy red" or did you get it matched ?
I got it matched by Rainbow Paints in Ferndown. It's a 95%+ match.
Thanks for info.

If it helps, I had my chassis colour matched by a body shop in Chalfont using a Spectrograph. PM me for the name if interested.
I can also give you the numbers for both white and red from Rainbow paints. I will also need to give you my invoice number as they keep the mix secret and it is noted on their copy.
Here is my TZR. The entire bike has been repainted in Rainbow rattle-can paints. It recently won "bike of the night" at the Churchill Arms bike night in Alderholt. Sorry about the white wheels to all the originality fanatics.
