USD forks - Are these the same?

Hi,
    Are 3MA R/RS  ( apart from preload only, they appear to be a silverish metal finish & painted silver on the wheel end )  USD forks exactly  the same as 3XV   R/RS   USD forks?

Hi Jim;

In short no diameters are diffrent and wheel side are diffrent brake calliper fittings and front fender fittings.
