They are off a 125 as they have steel stanchions.

Sorry I think is they are for TZR 250 looking at 2 calipers mount :P ... but still can fit to TZR 250 3XV ?

The 125 forks are able to take a second caliper but not its not  fitted from the factory.
Dan's right they are 125 forks .
