Hi,have been using the red NGK plastic plug caps but they seem to work loose, was just changing my plugs and the cap was virtually only  just resting on the spark plug. When pushing it on the plug just wont seem to lock on to it. Wondering which plug caps you use. Is on a TZR 250 1kt

I've seen those caps secured with a thin cable tie in the bottom groove. Might be a quick/cheap fix.

ive run those, they were designed for watercraft initially, they work great.

Hi Dave,I have always used the ones as anadr0id has given a link to after I found the plastic ones have a wire clip to hold the cap on gripping the plug threaded area vibrate and wear the threads away giving a loose fit.
You have to have the nipple screwed onto the plug for these red rubber type caps.
