Dont know about the guy in Finland, but if you are looking for a replica upper fairing I think you can get them on the Yambits website for 1kt/2ma bikes?

That is/was Seppo Ahonen of Shop97 from Imatra in Finland. The website no longer exists, it seems. I don't know whether that means he's out of business though.
