Hi guys
Bought this 3MA for over a year ago

Its a 3MA-00 with swapped engine from a 3MA-10 ,it also came with a few spares

It was not used for 5 years and before that i dont think its life was pretty easy

So here are some photos of its condition, found a 240kmh speedo on it and a MMax derestrictor

I will use some fiber glass on the track ,not the original fairings so a set  of CBR600 I got for free is the way to go ,

My personal opinion since 2005 that i built the streetfighter 3MA is that the exhaust of the 3MA are the most beautiful from all of the other 2strokes put together so i want not to be hidden

Here are some tests

KeLeYTiS

I havent done much to the chassis yet
Thinking of different rear end with a 17" wheel ,different tank maybe a handmade one etc.

I started to put the 2 engines i have into pieces so i could see which parts i could salvage

Unfortunately one of these has a smashed lower bearing causing bad pistons, cylinders and crank rod
The other one 3MA-10 is in good condition (at least the cylinders are good)

Some differences i found between 3MA-10 and 3MA-00

And some bad stuff I found or made during the whole process

KeLeYTiS

Martin made some pipes for me all the need is welding but thats another sad story

They look awesome i hope they work as good as they look

KeLeYTiS

Now i got the OEM fever , iwant them all

KeLeYTiS

I ordered a set of wossners from the guy that sells them on ebay

They are a bit lighter than the oem ones (about 10 grams ) that was a nice thing to know , they have exactly the same weight (my scale starts from 0.1g) the oem ones often dont have the same weight (especially the RGV ones

KeLeYTiS

Now iam cleaning the engine cases , they need a little bit more

I also smoothed out some mold marks so the fuel flow can be smoother ,any opinion on this is welcomed or something extra i should do

Good luck and thank you for documenting this...I'll be tackling this in the near future ;)

Can you put a oem and wossner together and take a pic from the side showing the gudgeon pin on both so I can compare if they are copies of the oem or if you'll need head machining.
