Hi guys,

Friedrich ask me about the jetting for the TZR RR DL3. The problem is, i cant send pictures via private messages...

Then i´ll post the infos here...

Cheers Chris

Moin Friedrich,

Werksbedüsung der RR DL3:

HD: 165
LLD: 38
Schieber: 55
Choke: 60
Nadelventil: 250er
Zerstäuber: 262 FL
Schwimmer 9 Gramm
Füllhöhe Vergaser: 13,5mm
Nadel U23
Nadelclip 3/5 von oben gesehen ( 1 oben = magerer - 5 unten =fetter )
Co-Schrauber: 2-2,5 +- Umdrehungen raus

1,9mm ? Ich benötige die Info für meinen O-Ring-Zylinder. Leider kann mir die Antwort keinen nennen...

Need4speed

Zerstäuber: 262 FL... if you are ok with the overall needle action - change the Zerstäuber to bigger or smaller - bigger= more gasoline but slower fluid speed / smaller= less gasoline but more fluid speed. Thats the way I do it, but that is NOT the only the way to result - other people can have better solutions... but it work for me

Squish- cannot help there - I prefer the 4FL topend on the 4DL, or 3MA but = more work.
Ups. that was not your quistion  :)
4 Strokes are full of parts - 2 strokes are full of speed...

Friedrich

Thanks Chris - I did not see this before. I am really looking forward to swapping the engines. I will keep you updated.

Friedrich

The engine is back in and was started - a dream. She is running smoothly, once the joints of the gearshifter are replaced she is ready for the German MOT.

Got the bike a new set  of tires. Mounting the rear wheel nearly drove me nuts. Now all we have to do is to wait for Germany to dry up.  ;)
