I don't know why the potentiometer goes to open circuit.

I'll try to open one FZR400RR exup to check.

Hi Olivier! Sorry to trouble you: did you perhaps manage to check the servo motor on your FZR?

As a matter of interest is the CDI standard. If it's a Zeel or Ignitech the initial pv cycle is different and they settle open not closed so if you've adjusted the pv cables for a standard cdi they will be too tight. You need to do your adjustment by feel through the exhaust port
