Working on/ designed a new 3xv/tz250 big bore kit the specs and requirements are as follows;

Kits would work on the standard stroke of 54.5mm using the tz crank with a 66mm bore making them ≈366cc 
The cases will have to be machined to accommodate the bigger bore which makes the part of the cylinder that sits in the cases wider
They will be made from 6082-T6 aluminium and cnc machined
The cylinder will use Nikasil plated cast iron sleeves
Kits will include their own billet cnc heads with inserts to match the cylinders
Kits will be a 7 port design for optimal performance and will not use power valves for simplicity
They will come with the option of pistons with the kits but they have not yet been discussed as it may be simpler for them to be designed around a readily available set of pistons to reduce any down time in the case of a rebuild
I expect these kits to produce 65-70hp on a mild tune and up to 85+ aggressively tuned on race fuel but the real world tests will speak for themselves
Kits will be purchased without any expectation of figures as we all know people tune differently 

Images of the CAD files will be uploaded

Kits will be priced at around 2250 without pistons which would be; 2x cylinders, 2x Cylinder heads gaskets & option of thermostat
Kits with pistons & Full kits including all supporting mods will become available
Final pricing will be confirmed in the near future
The kits will be stamped K.C.M

Future kits may include the use of the power valves and there is possibility for kits for other model tz/tzrs

Other parts that would be needed or best suited for the kits are;
Larger carburettors
Zeeltronic or equivalent system
PVL or TZ coils
Custom exhausts, it is planned to provide sets for the kits but they aren't included or available until after the kits are (possibly the use of jl or jolly moto etc would work but wouldn't provide optimal performance)

Not taking any orders or reservations at this moment but I am noting down interest and in the near future it'll be announced when available

Any mistakes will be corrected and any questions will be answered
