You sure about 6061?  I made some clamps for my R6 earlier this year.  Granted, I gave my setup some very conservative inputs (IE the clamp is holding the full weight of the bike, as if I was riding and forgot to tighten the other clamp), but I was not very comfortable with the safety margin for 6061, yield strength ~276 MPa and this setup was at 200 MPa in a couple spots.  Even adjusting the model to remove the obvious stress concentrations I was still ~160 MPa peak, ended up going with 7075 instead.  It's a track bike, after all, probably gonna end up crashing it eventually.

I choose the 6061 T6 alloy for three reasons:

-The first one is 7075 alloy is hard to anodize because the % of cooper
-The second is....I'm an old guy wich ride relax  ;D
-The last one is,I prefer that triple tree brok in case of knock ans either a king of breaker for the frame.
