Tried for a pair off yahoo japan auctions but after 10k yen they seemed a bit pricy.  That's likely your best resource if not here.

What do the racing boys do, they must smash them up all the time?

I would have thought the racing boys would have them in the garage waiting to be sold.....I never fitted them on my track bike as the replica fibre glass fairing was rigid enough....plus I didn't have any to put on 

Still, the fairing on my road bike now is holding up ok. I'd just like the stays for completeness.
I've jammed some rubber tubing here and there to remove some of the 'flutter' of the fairing at low revs, as thats what i feel will fatigue the mounting points and cause cracks.

If anyone turn up thats great.

If anyone has a pair we could measure, I can make something fit.

Don't have a 1KT/2MA but just wondering, could they be 3D printed if someone scanned them or do they have significant load on them?
