Yamaha TZ250 26J (1983) pistons and rings for sale

these pistons have hardly been used. Used once for one race day at Brands Hatch on the GP circuit and then also put back in for a couple of (disappointing) dyno runs.
I have also had the pistons modified so so that they have a little window cut out where the gudgeon pin goes so that you can hook in a small screw driver and remove the standard (non hook) piston circlips as well as adding two oil holes either side of the thrust face to help with lubrication.
Both pistons are 0.97 and come with rings and cost over £250 from padgetts  :shock: .

are the 26Js still for sale? Are rings for Chrome or Nicasil bores?

I still have them, but someone on the KR1 forum tells me that he wants them, but has been a bit slow in coming up with the funds.
The rings are for Nicasil bores.
I'll hang on for a week or two, and if he doesn't come through, then I'll let you know
