SATARN PROJECT NUMBER 2 TZR250 3MA

Been working on this for quite a while . The engines been rebuilt by Graham File with TZ250 5KE cylinders bored out to 58mm and ported to suit . Crank has been rebuilt and stroked to 54.5mm by Crank Works in the US . The aim is to build a very modified 3ma with more modern running gear .

 I had considered a similar solution when I wanted to mount my 2MA with Rotax cylinder ... but that was before the crisis lol

Hi all , thankyou for your comments , just fitted a modified KR1S throttle cable to the Keihin PWK 35mm carbs . The 5KE cylinders are fitted with adaptor plates between the cases and cylinders , hope it all holds together!!

with those adaptor plates jou will have a longer stroke. What length rods have you used? Increased case volumes. Have you shaped them as per the cases? I have a shit load of questions . Cant wait for Louis to see this.

Well it certainly looks promising.

Do you have by any change some pictures from the inside?
Really like to see how they did the flow on the boosterport and main ports.
(With such a thick bace plate there could be a lot off possibility's)
