R1-Z fork stanchions

Looking for recommendations for fork stanchions for the R1-Z250 or does anyone know if other Yamaha bikes use the same stanchions as the R1-Z which might make it easier to find some in the UK.

I have seen a pair for £162 delivered but made in China so I thought no as they will probably snap or rust at the first sign of rain.

Complete fork leg assemblies from the FZR250 3LN model will fit R1-Z yokes...and use the same wheel and brakes.

I'm not sure how different all the internal parts are (a few of the part numbers are the same, although not too many), but there is a reasonable chance that the FZR stanchions will fit with all the other R1-Z internal parts. I did have sets of forks from both models a while ago, but swapped them for other parts without dismantling to check interchangeability .
