Can someone confirm the pipe I'm pointing to with the screwdriver is an overflow pipe.front carb on a 3xv8.thanks

not an overflow pipe, they are the 2 coming out of carb bowl. that is an air vent pipe. should have a clear hose going down behind the water bottle and venting to atmosphere.
