What gearbox oil are people running on a dry clutch set up?

One more question about this, please. Do you know where to empty it and the exact amount to replace in a 1991 3XV? How often IS It change ?

The drain plug is on the right side, just below and forward of the sightglass.

@Alb3Xv_Esp Check that the final oil level is between the two lines next to the sight glass (so pour in less then 700ml and keep checking)
